Amend my 2019 tax return

I need to amend my 2019 tax return because I failed to put in my tax loss carry forward but I am unable to open the return. How do I open the return. I havw already received my refund.

I need to amend tax returns 2018 - 2022 with K1s I never filed. It looks like in TurboTax I'm only able to amend 20 - 22. Is it not possible for me to amend 18 and 19?
