Amend 2020 tax

I already got my 2020 tax refund but I want to amend it electronically . Irs fix math error on original return because I incorrectly claim the recovery credit . Can I still amend online with TurboTax ? When I sign in and follow the process to amend tax , the beginning reflected my original refund amount before the irs fixed it . What should I do?

If the IRS already made the change then you do  not amend.   Cancel the amend and just edit and change the original return to match the IRS changes.

I have to amend because I need to take out dependent .

Then make the IRS change to the original as I said before amending.
