Yes, as long as your efile has either been accepted or rejected.  You shouldn't do it while the status is "pending", and in fact, it may not even let someone get back in when it's still pending.

When you review your entries, if the efiled return has been accepted, do NOT make any changes!   If for some reason you have to later prepare an amended return, it has to start off exactly as originally filed.   If your efiled return has been rejected, you can make any necessary corrections and resubmit the efile.

Since you have already finished and efiled,  and once you are accepted/rejected, here's how to open your return interview.   Log in and at the Tax Home, look for a link "Add a State."    That doesn't really add one, but will open the interview back up.  Again, don't make any changes if status is "accepted."
