All I want to know is when I'll get my refund from Intuit/TurboTax for a disc I returned. Who do I call?

I mailed it to the above address. USPS said Intuit received it on 2/10/18 but I still don't have a refund.  What do I do?  There seems to be no way to reach a person who can help me.
