Was I supposed to mail in the amended return form? Or did Turbo tax already file this with the IRS?

All amended returns have to be mailed in to the IRS. They can't be e-filed. When completing the amended return on Turbo Tax, instructions will be provided on how to print the return, and where to mail it to. The instructions will be customized for your particular tax situation.
