Once the IRS has sent my payment to Netspend does Netspend ( or Turbo Tax) delay my payment to collect their charges? Will this cause a delay in my payments?

It can take up to 21 days for direct deposit once your return has been accepted.

You can check the status of your Federal refund at the IRS website “Where’s My Refund” (it can take about 72 hours from the time your return is accepted to see any information):
