After return is mailed and delivered

My mailed federal tax return was delivered early last week. How long before I can expect it to be accepted by the IRS?

All the IRS says is - Expect delays if you mailed a paper return

Thanks for your answer! I guess all I can do is wait. It is just the first time I have done my taxes myself and am feeling a little nervous I did something wrong in the process, I suppose.
