After ID Verification in IRS Office, is it 9 weeks from File date (1/25) or 9 weeks from when ID was verified in office (2/10)?

@effie1990  mine changed this morning from processing we will let u know a refund date to just processing it with no bar and a few others changed the lady at irs said cause are 21 days started over now that we verified so maybe in a few days but they have another update sat. So I hope ur in it 🙂

2/26 so u should maybe call and see if they have any info about urs or go to social security site and make a account if It let u and u see ur income then they are working on it and if u can't login then they haven't made it to u

IDverify verified my identity 3/2/22. It has been over 9 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. So how long does the IRS take to accept the confirmation of IDverify? If they did not accept it will I be notified by irs?

My letter from irs said to use the IDverify link enclosed in the letter. I had to send photo copies of my SS card, driver’s license and copy of my W2. Then they did a facial recognition scan that would not process so I was notified by a person from ID verify through video chat and he looked at my info and I explained the address mistake on my license which turbo tax software should have caught or I wouldn’t be in this mess. Then he did the facial scan and said I was verified and he would notify the irs.
