It takes about 21 days for the IRS to issue a refund, once the Return has been Accepted. To get an actual date for when you will receive your refund, please go to www.irs.gov/refund.
My refund was approved on February 15 when will I receive it
The time during the day for a refund release by the IRS can vary. Also, once the refund is sent it can take a day or more to reflect in your bank account.

The IRS website for the status of a federal tax refund give information on when the refund is sent - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If being mailed it should take about 5 business days after the date sent.
