After amending return, not sure why I owe?

I updated my return with an additional W-2 and a 1040 (I think) for unemployment benefits. I now owe nearly half the return I received back? I honestly not really sure why.. or if that should be expected.. or if I did something wrong. Please help. Thanks!

You added more income. More income = more tax. It is not at all surprising that when you amended and added income that you would owe.
