I haven't worked since Feb 16, 2017 but I have some taxable income that I never reported. It was under my Adp Health Savings Account for a little over 300.00 do I still Quality for the Cov 19 Stimulas Check ?

Yes, you are eligible for the stimulus payment. You can register on this TurboTax web portal.

What if my daughter claimed me for the tax period 2019? Am I still eligible?

No, If you are classified as a dependent, you do not qualify for the stimulus check.
