I used TURBO Full service to do my taxes but unfortunately I’m unable to get back Intouch with the lady that did my taxes now that I’ve been approved. I went on Santa Barbara bank and seen they are taking addtl fees that I didn’t agree to, example addtl $40 for 1st transfer fee and state tax?? I live in Texas there is no state and I’ve never paid more than $39

The additional $40 is an error that TurboTax has identified. I'll share your post with TurboTax Moderators. They have said that users who have seen this additional charge will be promptly reimbursed to the bank account you have on your return.
As for being charged for a state tax return program, please contact TurboTax Customer Support for assistance using the information I'm linking below. When asked to enter your subject matter, use the words "billing issue". A Support rep will be happy to help.

Good evening, thank you for your reply, I really appreciate your help, yes please share, but how do I contact customer care for the state taxes ? Also how do I follow up on the addtl fees?
You mean being charged for the state tax preparation program, when TX doesn't have a state income tax, correct? You'll need to contact TurboTax Support (as I posted earlier) to be refunded for that extra charge.
Regarding the additional fees in error: My understanding is that these users are being identified and reimbursed quickly. I have shared your post (along with many others in the same "boat") with Moderators. That is all I can offer in terms of assistance. If you don't receive reimbursement soon, please post back here and I'll see what I can do to help.
Yes the state tax I’m not aware as I live in Texas and always used Santa Barbara bank and only paid $39 for years and as far as the addtl $40 thank u again for sharing but can you tag me on the post so that I can follow up if needed? Lastly the link you gave when I click on it didn’t give me the option to send a support message.
@Lavanae You'll need to use the info I've linked to "Get A Call" from TurboTax Support.
One other option that "may" work to contact Support. I can't guarantee it, but TurboTax has posted this.
TurboTax Support Contact Us Page – Get Help from TurboTax (intuit.com)
I'm unable to "tag" you in the post. But I have shared your entire post with Moderators, so you have been identified to them. I've been told that you should receive an email regarding reimbursement.
Yes it’s not pulling up for me for get a call and also thank u for sharing once again 🙂
@Lavanae I'm sharing a screenshot (below) of what I see when I click on the link I shared about contacting TurboTax Support. Is this not the screen you're seeing?
Think I found it ,
so do I request a phone call ? Or someone will respond ?
Hypothetically, you should receive a call back. I've never had to contact Support, so I can't personally say. Or try that other phone # I shared.
Glad you found it!
I am having the same issue I hope they can adjust this I was informed I would be charged 39 + tax that's all
Good morning, this is unacceptable I pray they can too. The lady above said that she shared my concerns to moderators but I haven’t heard anything yet
We are aware of an issue related to your Refund Processing that may have caused you to see a smaller-than-expected refund.
We’re in the process of reimbursing all who were affected. Within the next 24-48 hours, those affected will receive a credit. If you were affected, look for a deposit (in the bank account associated with your return) labeled, "Remaining Federal Refund Due". If you don't see that deposit in a few business days, please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support.
What is the TurboTax phone number?
