How do I check my account details for the check

You said "check".  So are you expecting a paper check in the mail, or are you expecting an electronic deposit to a bank or card?  What is the message at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

Does it say to expect a check or to expect a deposit in your bank?   (If you're getting it on a card, the IRS will still call it a "bank.")
