Accepted1.29 itsgone saying no info topic 152 Then today it says no info found, verify you've received your electronic filed acknowledgement email topic 152 gone. Help!!

I was a victim of identity theft in '16. Just received that check in the mail two days ago. I filed 2017 accepted 1/29 had one bar, then it said no info topic 152. Now it says I need to verify that I received electronically filed acknowledge email. (Which I have) I'm confused never saw this message
