The only way someone else can have access to your Turbo Tax account and your return is if you provide them with your account information, including your log-in information. They would need to have this to proceed.

You may use our Get an IP PIN online tool to retrieve your current IP PIN. We require you to register and verify your identity in order to use the tool. Absolutely, remember though this is put in place to keep Identity theft and fraud at a minimum. The extra steps are put into place for your personal security.
