I accidentally put EXEMPT on one of my W-4’s and now I owe hundreds. Is there anything I can even do at this point?

Change your W-4 immediately so it doesn't happen again.

Call the IRS and ask for a payment plan if you can't have it paid off within 120 days of April 15th (so, Aug 15th). If you can get the amount paid off by then, do not bother with an installment agreement.

You cannot un-do the damage you did by not having tax withheld from your pay. You will need to pay your tax due, and fix your W-4's going forward so this does not happen to you again.
