I got $1000 refund advance if I don’t use the whole $1000 before I get my refund will I only have to pay back what I used
Not sure you understand the "loan" situation ... it is really an advance of the anticipated refund ... so if they gave you $1000 on the card then the balance of the refund comes in it is also put on the card. The amount you have used is immaterial to the bottom line of the refund received.
