Turbotax offers a cash advance program of $250, $500, or $1000 paid on a Turbo brand debit card, to qualifying customers in certain states.  The advance is only available when you e-file a finished tax return using Turbotax.  Turbotax does not offer any other kind of refund advance or loan program.

The program has been announced for 2018:

As a test program, TurboTax offers a refund advance of up to $1000 that is paid on a prepaid debit card, but only after you file a completed tax return and that return is accepted by the IRS. It’s basically a bridge loan for the three weeks it takes the IRS to process a regular refund.  Not all customers will qualify, and if you don't get the offer when checking out, you can't contact anyone to add it.  I believe the program is available until February 28, but no advances are paid until your return is accepted by the IRS, and the IRS won't start processing tax returns until mid- or late-January, 2019.

So if the option does not come up once the return is filed then you most likely won't be able to get the advance correct?
