48 hour hold email signed up with a different email

Its been over 48 hours since i got “at risk” email “You're using a different TurboTax account this year.
It's important that you contact us right away.” i still haven’t  heard anything back from Turbo since January 20 which is when i filed. Whats going on and when are they going to transmit it. I know they dont open until the 29th but i still want to know if my return is good and will be sent to the IRS i have things id like to do with the transcripts.. the sooner the better.

Did you call to clear up the issue?

If not, I believe that Turbotax is required to release your return after 72 hours, even if you don't verify your identity.  However, the IRS does not officially open until the 29th.  While they may process some returns early to test their systems, there is no way to know who will be selected, so you should not expect any updates until January 30th.
