2024 Refund Sent to Wrong Account

My husband and I never received our 2024 refund. We contacted the IRS who sent us a letter stating they deposited it into the Refund Anticipation Loan account. We never requested this. On our tax return we gave the routing and account number for our checking account. How can I get this fixed?  We never receive a call back from TT.
