2023 5th e-file was rejected for 2022 AGI - after correction Turbotax says I have reached my 5 e-file limit for 2023

This is clearly a TurboTax software problem, not an IRS problem. The 2023 5th e-file went through and was rejected error code IND-031-04 because the prior year was filed late by mail and somehow I was supposed to know to put "zero" in for AGI. So after the correction TurboTax will not even transmit the return.

I called support. They can't fix poor software code. Been using TurboTax forever and it gets more expensive and less useful. Might be time to make a move. Calling my credit card company for chargebacks now.
