I have entered the AGI from 2020 into the box required by the IRS. However, after I had to mail the document last year and when the IRS reviewed the papers, they sent me more refund money. I am thinking they changed the AGI, however, what do I do now? Anybody? I have followed all the help notes sent to me, with no luck.
Is there anyone who can get to me a "live" person to discuss? Thanks.

Try using a Zero for your 2020 AGI, since your return was corrected by the IRS.

Per your recommendation I changed the AGI on my 2021 taxes to zero. This did not work and rejected again. I had to mail in the 2020 taxes and the IRS probably changed the AGI during their review as I received a 2nd check late in the summer. What to do next to file electronically, which is so much easier. Thanks.
Talking with a live person would be great, however, I cannot find my way to one and I have spent hours trying to do just that.
