2021 Amended Tax

I filed my 2021 Tax Return a few weeks ago. It was accepted and I received my Federal refund. I haven't yet received my State refund.  I just received a revised 1099 from the brokerage company.  The original 1099 was imported into Turbotax. The 1099 changes will give me an small additional refund. How do I start an amended return in Turbotax? I think I have to mail in the amended return. Is that correct?

The link says that I can e-file the amended return in Turbotax. I had purchased the Turbotax CD and installed the software on a PC. I don't see how to e-file the amended return. How do I do this?
