2020 Tax file refund

I submitted 2020 tax file on 03/27/2021 as accepted by federal and refund pending is $ 5352. Usally when check the refund status it showed tax is still processing and refund date will available when processed but now I see in IRS account that Tax is not filed for 2020 Year. Really its sucks now, cannot reach turbo tax customer care.

if your tax processing was delayed past 2021, your 2020 refund status will drop off the IRS web pages.

several million 2020 returns are still outstanding.
