@BB2019  Yes, I was. Well if the state claims you have offset but that number does not register, it means you have an offset that can not be garnished from your federal tax refund- will have to do some more digging

@dacv01 Yeah ima just wait to see I mean I don’t necessarily need my refund but I would love to have it for extra curricular but I’m sure I’ll be holding for a while until the revenue takes whatever they say I owe.

Yeah, I did mine and my gf's taxes. And she ended up getting hers the 5th and I filed mine before hers...she must have been one of the early batches

I was counting on next Friday as normal ONLY because my fiancé has been wanting a 68 gto like he had 3 years ago. He sold it so we could move into a slightly bigger house for the kids so they could have their own rooms and so I could pay for college and not have to finance that mess lo. 

I have one on hold but I don't think the person is going to wait any longer than next weekend.

@nortonkd  No the path message is a message on your wmr that states you filed certain credits like Eitc and ACTC and you have to wait til mid February for the IRS to even start processing it.

The path act is a law that was passed last year therefore it will be in effect every year..

@tayvib187 The PATH ACT was voted in in 2015 so as of 2016 tax season it has been a law to hold refund associated with eic and actc. This is the 4th year of PATH. Most of us on here have been on TT talking about Path ever since, this is a mess we deal with every year since 2016 and will until the overturn it.
