I filed 2019 Federal Taxes thru Turbo.  Not owed a refund,  I noticed no signature on form will that delay my stimulus payment?

When you e-file the 2019 tax return the 2018 AGI you entered is your electronic signature and your identity verification.  There is no physical signature required on an electronically filed tax return.
