2018 Taxes

I noticed in the review of my 2019 tax form that last year on the 2018 Tax form, Turbo tax had entered a penalty of early withdrawal on savings on line 30 of 2018 Federal taxes.  But when you go through my Turbo tax info it is clear in the information that this was a direct rollover and not a distribution.  I should not have paid a penalty.  How do I correct this for year 2018?

You would need to file an amended return for 2018.

Once you have made the changes to remove the penalty you then print the return, sign and date and mail it to the IRS according to the instructions that print out with the return.

Can I do an amended return  with my 2019 Turbo tax, my 2018 Turbo Tax,  Or I need to figure out how to do that on my own?
