Sorry----e-filing for a 2018 return closed forever after October 15, 2019.   You cannot e-file it.  Save it it to a flash drive and print it at a printer somewhere else--a friend, relative, Staples...etc.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

You paid for the use of software to prepare your 2018 return.  E-filing always closes for a tax year by mid-October.  After that a late tax return has to be printed, signed and mailed.
