2018 return accessed

I received an email from turbo tax that said my return was"accessed" and if I did not change anything to call. I did and your automated answerer sent me a fraudulent letter link. I did not change anything. But I received the notification just before the Federal return was accepted? Was this the download or "access" the email referenced?

This typically means that some action took place like there was a download or perhaps you signed in from a new/different computer, etc. and just wanted you to be aware of that.
