it would make it simpler for us to tell you what to do if we knew if you received a notice from either state. and if so what they said.

I live and work in Ohio. 2017 w2 in box 15 VA never lived or worked in VA.

I filed w2 with Ohio and received a letter stating they want their tax withholding, but comes to find out it went to VA.
