2017 Tax returns

So im currently trying to get my 2017 tax returns PDF. I have had this account for many years and have filed with this same account. I log into my account, and i can see my 2017 tax returns, but when i select down PDF, or even the .TAX file, it brings me to a new page and says i need to register my account to do this, Tried this many times and still doesn't seem to work.

Some users have experienced failure of the registration process when trying to access prior year tax returns.
