I had to go back and amend my taxes because I did not have my 1095-A Health Insurance form and when I went back in it is asking for an explanation in line 1? I do not understand
Form 1095-A is for Federal Purposes. If the exclusion of his form from your 1040 did not affect your income or it's taxation in the State of California, you do not need to amend your State Income Tax Return.
