When you check your TurboTax account for that return does it say "accepted", "rejected", or "ready to mail" or "printed?"

If it says anything other than accepted, then it was not filed.  The only way to file it is to print, sign, and mail it.  It is too late to receive a tax refund for a 2015 return, but if you owe tax due you still must pay, and you should expect a bill later for the late penalty and interest.  Only the IRS will calculate that.

What does your account say for 2015 when you log in?  Does it say Accepted or something else?  Sounds like you didn't finish filing it.
