Bank account closed direct deposit impossible

If you choose to have your TurboTax fees paid out of your federal refund, it goes back to the processing bank who then forwards it on to your address. If you choose to pay your TurboTax fees directly, it goes back to the IRS who then sends it to your address.

i just found out my account is closed as well. i used turbo tax online so will i have to wait a month for a paper check?

1800 869 3557 try this number I had to hold for about 20 minutes but I was able to speak to someone. They could not change my bank account info but they said I should receive a paper check 5 days after my funds become available.

I was suppose to receive my refund an 10th but bank rejected it because I was not the primary person on the account been on hold with irs for an hour with no answer

I just did the same thing..irs sent check to closed account. Do I have to call irs and tell them to send a check or with they automatically do it..thanks
