Why am I being asked for a 1095A on my Fed Return form

Did you have Marketplace health insurance also known as Obamacare?

1095A

TurboTax does not ask you for a 1095-A. It asks you if you received a Form 1095-A. If you did not get one, and you did not have health insurance from the Marketplace ("Obamacare"), simply answer No.
