Wrong third stimulus amount

I accidentally put half the amount we got on third stimulus and marked that we didn’t get the full amount, but I already e-filed and accepted through the IRS. I just realized it when I went back to check. Is there a way to correct this issue before we get our tax return? Don’t know what then repercussions are.

No you are just among many other people who are making mistakes with the 3rd EIP.   The IRS will cross check what you entered and reduce your refund if you said you got less than you actually received.   Expect a delay in receiving your refund.
