TurboTax took out over $200 in fees. MONTHS after I did my taxes and paid for the services with my returns.

Did you received the federal refund yet? If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund (36 days after your original estimated refund date) they will ask you to pay the fees, see step 3 under What happens if the IRS reduces my refund...…

If you don't pay they will automatically debit your bank account. Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again. See How do you justify debiting my account?
