Does the IRS “Where’s My Refund” tracking tool confirm that it is still being processed?   Is there any message there?

Only the IRS can know what all they are doing with your return.   You can phone them to see if they can provide any information.

IRS: 800… 829… 1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday

If you have a financial hardship, we can tell you how to contact the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service.

The status is still refund received. And I called them, but only AI agent answered. No human support

When phoning the IRS, if a robot tries to triage your call, say something like “speak to an agent about my account.”  You may have to keep saying it no matter what is asked, until it gets tired and transfers you.  Don’t mention “refund.”  I have found that for me the best time to call has been around 7:30 AM after the first opening rush has died down, or at 6:50 PM just before closing.   If you get in the queue at the end of the day just before closing, they will keep taking those who are on hold even after 7 PM.
