Why is SBTPG holding refunds?

After much research I want to know why SBTPG is holding refunds? This is not ok, and I want to know why Turbo Tax is not doing a thing about it? I will never use Turbo Tax or any other tax preparer that goes through SBTPG again. This is from SBTPG's website
"TPG does not hold your money. When a deposit is received from the IRS, your money is processed as soon as it received and typically issued within 24 hours of receipt. If you selected direct deposit, it may take 1-2 business days to reach your bank account. Your payment is not wired to your account."

Here it is 2023 and they’re still holding them. They will never stop. No more TurboTax for me! I’ll use whichever one deals with republic bank or something else.

@SForrestLO already have confirmed neither of those are the case it’s same account I’ve used for 3 years. Funny how the state refund processed weeks early into the account with no issue. But the federal being more money (convenient I know) and we are getting jerked around. I’ve contacted the irs you guys and sbtpg all 3 confirm that sbtpg has the money. It’s time to pay up you guys have been paid. We need our money. I’ve already placed calls to the state A.G.’s office senators office and BBB and filed complaints with each. So turbo tax wants to screw people out of what’s theirs then we can play that game. I’m not stupid I’ve done my homework on this issue. And I’m also not stupid enough to think that just me never doing business here again will change anything but I hope enough of people like me flipping the bird to TurboTax and going elsewhere will enact the change that’s needed.

We can read and we are not idiots. You absolutely hold funds for days...They have sent the money and even our debts are showing already paid ...but no fees taken or deposit from you all in 4 days? I will never ever use this again .Never have seen a tax refund with code 846 not hit the bank in 6 days from the transcript date...TT ARE THE ONLY USERS STILL WAITING LUKE IDIOTS

Someone has to hold these **Bleep** accountable who the heck they think they are holding **Bleep** that ain't there's! They should have to pay us interest on the forced loan we gave. Is there a way we all can unite and sue these guys? At least for false advertisement
