HI, TAXPAYERS, I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY TAX REFUND FOR OVER A 100 DAYS I FILED IN JANUARY AND ITS OCTOBER I WAS TOLD BACK IN AUGUST THAT I WOULD GET IT BY SEPTEMBER 14 2018 BUT HERE I M OCTOBER AND YOU GUESS IT NO REFUND AND YES YOUR RIGHT THE IRS WEBSITE DONT TELL YOU ANYTHING OR WHEN YOU CALL A AGENT . WHILE I WAS TOLD TOO WAIT 10DAYS OR CALL BACK AFTER OCTOBER 15 /218 FOR MY FUND TO BE RELEASED, ANYBODY ELSE OUT WITH THIS PROBLEM LOVE TOO HEAR FROM YOU IS THEY A LIGHT THAT THE END OF THE TUNNEL HELP PLEASE

Hi stepryor! Unfortunately, after your return leaves our preparation service your refund is in the hands of the IRS. There's nothing we can do at TurboTax to help but perhaps someone has a similar situation!

I am having this same issue with my federal refund for months it’s been saying that my refund is being processed yet on TurboTax it states that it’s ready to mail I’m lost.
