I filed over 2 months ago and still havent recieved my state taxes

Only the state tax agency will know what all they are doing with your state return. Some states are quick with refunds, while others (such as GA, WV, CO, AL, and others) can take quite a long time--even several weeks--as they crack down on fraudulent returns.
