The Pandemic Refund was a tax credit for eligible people who didn't receive the full amount of their COVID-19 stimulus payments.

It could be claimed by filing a 2020 or 2021 tax return.
It is now too late to file those returns.
The IRS allows three years to file a return for a refund.
