The irs deposited my refund on February 9th 2022, I have an account and routing number. I was told by the irs since I had to upgrade to deluxe they sent my money to turbo taxes third party bank green dot Santa Barbara tax payer. But when I go to the tax payer website it shows all my information but that the status is still “unfunded”. Why can’t they just take the $78 and give me my refund? I can’t get ahold of a real person at sbtpg and it’s really upsetting. Someone please help.

don’t ever do this!!!! Almost a month now and still no refund?!?!

Now turbo tax is telling me they dont

use green dot anymore they use credit karma. But there is no way to get ahold of credit karma and irs is still saying it was deposited into a green dot account. This is ridiculous, I just want my money processed through Santa Barbara tax payer where it was put by the irs and I can clearly see they have my information on there website. Why are they holding my money? Turbo tax should have more information and be able to help me locate my money. It’s crazy turbo couldn’t even tell me if they got paid yet or not for me upgrading, the whole reason why this is even happening!!! I’ve never had an issue But I’ll never use turbo tax again.

@HeatherPLO you can not get ahold of a person and it was supposed to be deposited on the 9th. I’ve already checked every website they have and tried calling ever number I’ve tried emailing and no one gets back!!!
