For those of you who have received their physical card, how long did it take? I'm hoping to not have to wait the 10 days .. hoping someone can give me some hope lol having an account with funds in it that you cant access is a different type of frustration.

My card was ordered on 1/13/2020. I never received it. I contacted them told them I never received my card, they supposedly sent out a new one on 1/25/2020 I haven't received that 1 yet either. From other reviews it looks like this is a huge problem with this company. Im super annoyed!
