TurboTax 2023 CD stuck in activation

Hello community members,

I followed the initial steps to install TT 2023 on my desktop (Windows PC) using the CD I get usually from Costco. 

The initial steps went fine till installation and then I got the prompt, "restarting turbo Tax' and it never started. 

So I clicked on the TurboTax 2023 icon to restart and shortly a pop-up came about Turbo tax activation and it never comes out of it all the time! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, no use.

 

What is going on?

I have already created an account but it never got to that sign in screen.

I would appreciate getting advice/help.

      Unfortunately, it did not work with me running it is as administrator.

      I have uninstalled it and installed it as well a few times.

      I will continue to poke around.

       

      Would any of you know if there is a support number that I could call?
