I have used TT for years. This year, when submitting my return, I was supposed to get $1K back but at the submittal, I was asked some follow up questions by TT. The forms went to the IRS stating I had to pay $6K to the IRS. Apparently in answereing the questions, some info was doubled up ….Tried to file an amended return with TT and after hours on the phone with experts, it was not possible….issue still unresolved as I had to mail in the amended return...
