I got a refund deposit from

TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC and was shorted $761.85… I checked with the IRS and I don’t owe money my full refund amount is the same on TurboTax and my IRS transcript. When I talk to turbo tax about it they are giving me the run around. They aren’t even trying to refund the money to me that is missing. I’ve filed my taxes through TurboTax for 7 years and this will definitely be my last time with them. This will be a lawsuit for many people

You will need to contact TPG for information regarding your refund. They are one who handles your refund if you elect to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Refund Tracker to check on your refund.

That’s not the case. I pay y’all $80 and wouldn’t be going through this trouble over $80. Over $700 is missing and the IRS still has my exact refund posted. I’ve called and they say I don’t owe any offset. The fact that you are partnering with credit karma as a debit card but aren’t being held accountable for this missing money is absolutely insane. I’ll be sure to post this issue on all social media platforms.
