So I'm wondering has anyone at all got there federal tax return for this year. Mine says I should have mine by the 13th of this month. But the IRS website says they haven't even accepted it yet?????????? Anyone answer that for me.

    Where are you seeing the date of the 13th? When did you file? Most returns will stay in a pending status for 24- 48 hours until the IRS accepts the return. Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as accepted. Use the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund.

    Ya trust me I know how to look at what your trying to explain. I have the app. U click on the app. Hit refund stats . Then click refund detail. Estimated refund time it say 2 -13. I filled on the 22nd of January.

    Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.

    It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates.
