Does this mean it’s not been refunded

Where does it show Accepted? In Turbo Tax Accepted only means the IRS or state has verified it is from you and accepts your efile for processing. Then they process it and approve your refund. After Turbo Tax transmits your efile they are done with their part and only the state can tell you when they will send it. Did you check the state’s website?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
