sending amended doc

After I filed my tax return, I received another 1099INT way later than I filed. So I amended on Turbo tax and told me to send files to the Department of the Treasury. There are so many pages to send but I am not sure if I send all of them. Should I separate the state and the federal? Which documents should I send along with 1040-X? Should I send the state one also? I have no idea what to do to send amended documents, which documents go to federal or state... Give me a tip.

You will definitely separate the state and federal amended returns, as they go to different places. When you printed out these returns, an instructions page also should have printed out. On that page is information on what forms to send, what forms to attach, and where to mail everything.
